When looking for a mortgage I wanted to shop around to find the best deal for me, MM Mortgages certainly did just that. When I compared a mortgage offer from a national estate agent broker, I found myself paying mortgage valuation fees that didn't actually exist on the product. The national estate agent broker left me with their view that a mortgage broker outside of the estate agent chain would cause a delay to the process.
